Do I need to know who installed my system originally?
No. If you don’t know the original installer, we’ll assess your system during our initial visit, identify the equipment and setup, and go from there. We’ve handled plenty of systems where no records existed.
Can you help me get my monitoring app working again?
Absolutely. If your SolarEdge, Enphase, or other monitoring platform isn’t working, we’ll reconnect it or reconfigure it so you can track performance in real time again.
