Can you service my system even if you didn’t install it?
Yes. Many companies won’t touch a system they didn’t install. We will. In fact, we’ve helped hundreds of homeowners take back control of their orphaned systems.
What’s included in your takeover service?
Our service includes diagnostics, monitoring restoration, production reporting, repairs (if needed), and ongoing support. We also help with incentive paperwork, documentation for your roofers/insurance, and re-establishing long-term peace of mind.
Do I need to know who installed my system originally?
No. If you don’t know the original installer, we’ll assess your system during our initial visit, identify the equipment and setup, and go from there. We’ve handled plenty of systems where no records existed.
Can you help me get my monitoring app working again?
Absolutely. If your SolarEdge, Enphase, or other monitoring platform isn’t working, we’ll reconnect it or reconfigure it so you can track performance in real time again.
What if the system isn’t producing any power?
We’ll diagnose the root cause — whether it’s a wiring issue, failed inverter, broken panel, or something else — and walk you through your options for repair, replacement, or upgrade.
Can I still earn SREC or SuSI credits after you take over my system?
Usually, yes — and we’ll help you update or transfer your registration if needed. Keeping those incentives active is part of what we handle during your system stabilization.
